Great apartment great neighborhood

Pros:
Building is well maintained, garage in the basement and a small laundry room. Super is very nice and fast. Landlord also very nice and responds quickly.
Cons:
Our apartment is right above the garage so the garage door noise comes through here and there. Not really a con to us we’ve gotten used to it.
Advice to owner:

Pros:
- convenient location
- spacious
- lots of closet space
- clean building
- decent street parking on this block
Cons:
- Backs up to Katch Astoria (if in a rear apt lots of weekend noise)
- Outdated light fixtures, cabinets, appliances
- Heat not included in rent
Advice to owner:
Soundproof glass for rear apartments.
