It was okay for the price

Pros:
The space was nice. Landlord would respond quickly to urgent issues over email.
Cons:
Would have to follow up with them multiple times for non urgent issues. There were pest issues and multiple ceiling water leaks that also went down the walls. They'd buy cheap replacements of things that broke with normal use. Tenants smoking cigarettes indoors.
