Pros:
Great heat, great water pressure and it is very easy to make rent payments online. Located very close to a train and multiple buses

The mice the mice, THE MICE!

This place is mice infested and has been getting worse. They shut off the water frequently.

Pros:
This building is home. I grew up here, and everyone knows each other. It is really a community. We have a tenants association that works as an advocate for the tenants. Everyone is friendly, and say good morning as you step into the elevator. It's a really safe building, and the maintenance workers are all friendly. I love this building.
Cons:
The water is the biggest issue in the building. Every couple of days that water goes out completely, or the water turns cold as you're in the shower. There's also a big roach, and mice problem in the building. Elevators are constantly going out, and sometimes you have to walk up 20+ flights to get to your apartment.
Advice to owner:
Fix the basic necessities that everyone is entitled to. We shouldn't have to beg for our hot water to work.
