Nice place to live

Pros:
Not a lot of noise in the building and building is kept clean. Super and management in general are good at responding
Cons:
Sometimes light fixtures go out, intercom system needed to be fixed

Pros:
Building is mostly quiet, pets are allowed, and it's always clean.
Cons:
It's managed by a property company and they do not care. Responsiveness is low and slow.

Back windows facing the back of a school.
Cons:
No oven, very small unit.
Advice to owner:
Lower rental price on units with no oven.
