Solid co-op building

Pros:
Gorgeous rooftop, solid location compared to two subway stops. Incredible doormen and neighborly-feel — full of very nice people. Dog friendly under 40 pounds!
Cons:
Overly strong set of rules for rooftop usage, but understandable.
Advice to owner:
Update the hallways for a more luxurious feel to match the lobby and roof.

Roaches in basement that sometimes made way to unit. Elevators under work a lot

Overall a great experience. Everyone is friendly, super is polite and responsive. Cannot ask for more!
Cons:
My apartment faced Queens bridge and most nights there was traffic backed up with lots of honking. There were signs up with warnings to drivers that excess noise would result in fines, but it didn't stop the noise unfortunately. The only real con of living here in my opinion.
