Building is falling apart

Pros:
Very central location, nearby Hudson River Greenway, good price
Cons:
Repairs are not made in a timely fashion, which makes for an unpleasant living experience.
Advice to owner:
Do right by your tenants. Fix the elevator and promptly respond to maintenance requests, especially when it concerns water damage.
