Amazing first apartment experience!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff members are wonderful and super responsive - whenever we submitted maintenance requests, someone was sent up to our building within a day! Building is quite quiet (at least where we are, facing away from the street on the 11th floor). Laundry machines are always available, though a bit pricey. No problems with mail getting stolen. All around a great first apartment experience!
Cons:
The heat doesn't work super well, but it's fine because the building stays warm anyway. We had a bit of a roach problem.
Advice to owner:
Antonio, the doorman, is awesome! Give him a raise.

Great experience but free rent is for 1st year only
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good building, kind and responsive staff, never had a significant issue.
Cons:
One of our neighbors smoked weed which would come to our apartment through air ducts. Landlord recourse was limited but they did their best to get it to stop.
Advice to owner:
Reward good tenants by considering offering free rent even for their additional years (since marketing the space will require vacancy)
