Don't rent from Shulem Weiss, Full Menh, LLC, or any associated shell corp

Pros:
The water pressure was very good, unfortunately, only because this building is so old (constructed sometime before 1880), that it predates indoor plumbing. The neighbors are all lovely and incredibly helpful people.
Cons:
Horrible mouse problem, unresponsive landlord. The apartment had a leak in the bathroom that never got fixed from the day I moved in to the day I moved out, they also rented to us with incomplete cabinets, and haphazard work. Our fridge door didn't close completely because of mismeasured cabinetry
Advice to owner:
Fix the leaks in 2R. Take more initiative to examine what needs fixing between tenants.
