The building would be fine if the elevator wasn't out for 4+ months
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is actually really nice and everything to date has been repaired quickly. However, the elevator has been out for over 4 months this year (3 months consecutively).
Cons:
The elevator has been out for 3 months straight this year and about 4 months total. It’s ridiculous. The landlord has not offered any rent concessions or additional assistance, and also has not provided any updates on when it will be fixed.
Advice to owner:
Stop being a cheap bastard and fix the elevator
