absolute luxury, doormen are super nice, package care and maintenance is so easy it’s like living at a hotel

no laundry in unit and there’s been a couple fires

It’s clean, management is responsive, package room is great and staff are helpful.

It is expensive, this is a luxury building and it’s filled with the people you’d expect for the neighborhood/building.

- management took actual YEARS to return security deposit, after repeated emails, reminders, and promises that it was on the way

Had the exterminator coming weekly and there were still roaches getting into the apartment. Very loud noise/drilling. Had to pay for amenities monthly

Building is well-maintained, maintenance is very responsive and addresses any issues quickly, and the package room is organized.

Management can be a bit uptight about moving in and out, and they wouldn't help us or even let us dispose large furniture which feels very stringent for the price of apartments.

The maintenance team is professional.

Management office is awful and has no common sense. I had to pay 8 days rent while not being allowed to move in because the elevator was reserved. Then, I had to move out 5 days early and pay rent because the elevator was reserved. Rent increase was excessive.

Best run building I’ve lived in since moving to NYC

A bit loud - I’m on the 9th floor and can hear everything outside still (makes it hard to sleep at night sometimes)

location is great and the staff is stellar, feels very safe and great first place to live

young crowd - eventually and naturally outgrow the building

I feel a little old living here, sometimes it feels like a frat house. The building management company also has SO many dumb rules (gym and roof aren't included in rent, charging insane fees to transfer leaseholders, shutting off water/laundry a lot and not telling tenants the correct days).
