8/10 New York Building. But outside of NYC? would be a 5/10 Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is well kept for the most part, and has an elevator - which is uncommon on this street. The intercom functions, they have weekly pest control available. shared spaces are clean & building is quiet & friendly. Some of the staff is great!
Cons:
apartments with deceased tenants are left UNTOUCHED (ex. the food in their fridge) for YEARS. Like im talking the police tape is still over the door, several years later. Bugs are crawling out of the doorway and they refuse to do anything about it. Packages get stolen and some of the staff is quite rude. attached "Leasing Office" also seems to have nothing to do with leases & cannot answer simple questions about rent.
Advice to owner:
clean up dead peoples apartments and dont let them sit for literal years causing roach infestations.

NYC Apt in a nice area on the UES!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building kept clean
Cons:
Sometimes on the 1st floor being close to the street can be noisy but that comes with living in NYC.
Advice to owner:
None that I can think of.

Extremely loud next to the freeway exit
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is a nice apartment. The apartment is also more spacious than most in the UES area. Rent is reasonable.
Cons:
If you are in the bedroom facing the street, it is extremely loud. All of the cars that exit off the FDR exit and turn onto 64th st. The windows are now soundproof; and in the summer with a window AC, you're out of luck. You'll need to get used to earplugs.
