Great place, great landlord

Pros:
Small building that's not owned by the management company that owns most of the other buildings on the block but by an individual landlord - he's never around like in the way but very responsive to any issues. The block however is taken care of by the management company so there's nice landscaping. Street has no street cleaning so if you park you can leave your car there as long as you want. In unit laundry, dishwasher etc.
Cons:
There is no way to recycle on this block, and taking trash out means going around the building to the alley. The connected balconies are a bit weird but nothing to be done about that and never any issues. Walls are thin, can hear upstairs neighbors frequently.
