Stay away, high rent terrible management that does not fix things.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good
Cons:
1. Slum lords, management slow to respond and doesn’t fix things 2. No heat for 3.5 weeks 3. Rodents in unit, given 1 trap 4. All Washing machines don’t work. Management says go to a laundromat. Blames all tenants for problems. $3 a load to ruin your clothes. Updated 11/2/2024, washing machines were FINALLY REPLACED, but warning issued to tenants that they will be financially responsible for any future problems to machines & landlord will know because of cameras. Always threatening tenants! LOWERED the cost of the load to $1.75 , most positive action in 2 years. 5. Unit ceiling tiles appear dirty and like could fall down any minute. Walls have big holes and chipping paint- Most likely lead paint. Bathroom has mold. 6. Rent is high for what you get
Advice to owner:
Respond to requests and fix things. Building in need of maintenance. Stop being a slum lord.
