Worst Apartment Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Absolutely nothing this place SUCKS
Cons:
Other half of the duplex was an emo rock band that practiced in the basement and hosted events constantly, setting off fireworks, screaming, smashing bottles etc. It took 9 months for management to evict them and the only other advice they had was to call the cops. Heating is not included, there’s no laundry, the kitchen is tiny, there’s constant bug infestation, most of the outlets don’t work, the ground floor window is broken (and I was robbed because of it) management did nothing about the robbery and it took them two months to replace the cut screen. Across the street and next door are also concert practice basements so it’s loud 24/7. Lights don’t work and they won’t fix them, everything is outdated and rusted and essentially useless. There’s a huge random foundational bump in the kitchen, the fridge is on the opposite side of the room, the bathroom has a dead animal smell, there’s mice that live in the walls and worms crawl up the pipes. The shower clogs constantly for no reason, there’s literal holes in the floor the couch falls into, and the blinds are broken.
