Primark lights always on, loud at night, no natural light, terrible landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Laundry on each floor - Garbage in the basement - Tall ceilings - Working appliances
Cons:
- Management company is beyond terrible. They would refuse to fix things like the bathroom, claiming such fixes were not in the lease. They put our move-out date on August 30th, not 31st. They looked for every reason to fine us, even for things we fixed. - No natural light, especially in the living room - All windows are single-paned, which is COLD in the winter - The noise never stops. It's loud during the day. It's louder at night, between homeless people and construction. - We had multiple nights where they jackhammered between 11 PM and 3 AM. Not kidding. - The damn Primark lights never turn off. But the blinds are see-through. - No ventilation for cooking.
