    Best building I've lived in Boston
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    - Very new with gas range, garbage disposal
    - AC was extremely quite
    - Thick wall and I could barely hear my neighbors
    - Most of units are corner with great natural lights
    Cons:
    - Fire alarms went off frequently during the 2nd year i lived there
