Great Place to Live, Horrible Place to Pay Electric Bills
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazingly responsive management in comparison to the place I'm currently living. Clean, quality services and everything was fixed within 2 days.
Cons:
Heat escapes this apartment so, so easily. I was paying upwards of 400 dollars per month for heating a one bedroom that should've cost less than half of that. That's the one con of living here.
Advice to owner:
Keep up the good work, and if possible caulk or seal the windows to save on utilities!
