Best apartment I've ever lived in
Pros
Literally my favorite apartment I've ever lived in. Gorgeous little apartment with a lot of historical/original details, very good space for the price, really felt at home there.
Cons
There were some occasional problems with the heat not working in winter and the management company being slow to address initial concerns/waiting until a lot of people complained before they took action. Building is maintained by a management company (they're... okay) and individual units are owned by different people, so who you contact about problems depends on if it's a building problem or a unit problem. YMMV but my unit was owned by a super nice, extremely helpful/responsive, and reasonable guy.
