    A Mediocre Apt with a Good Location

    Pros:
    Great location, nice sun and a recently redone bathroom made the apartment nice.
    Cons:
    Cockroaches everywhere and a very unresponsive maintenance crew. They will try and take all of your deposit with no proof even if the only damage was wear and tear. Was not cleaned when we moved in and tried to claim we left the apartment dirty when we cleaned everything even though we didn't have to. Right near Berklee so very noisy neighbors and very tiny walls.
    Advice to owner:
    Actually answer maintenance requests and stop stealing deposits
