    A nice apartment to live in
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Renovated in 2020, close to the Train, A gym, a beach, and a corner store. Not to mention a few local restaurants and a very nice neighborhood bar
    Cons:
    If you forget about street cleaning, they will tow your car.
