Great Beacon Hill Spot

Pros:
Very responsive building manager. Secure entryway. Very close proximity to coffee/train stations. Very well insulated.
Cons:
Does not have central AC. Not a lot of natural sunlight in our apartment. Fridges do not have ice makers.
Advice to owner:
Maybe put an ice maker in the laundry facility for residents to use if you do not want to provide fridges with an ice maker.

Pros:
Extremely responsive building manager. Quiet at all times/very little noise between apartments. Perfect location.
Cons:
Not air conditioned. Seems to be recurring plumbing issues, (but the building is over 100 years old).
