no major issues, fine building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's spacious, it has lots of light, and the renovated side of the apt has new appliances. (afaik about half the building was recently renovated)
Great location, super close to the Central T stop, ~15min walk to MIT (which is helpful given most tenants are MIT students).
I've never seen any critter scurrying around here which is honestly pretty impressive.
Cons:
Living across from Middle East can be annoying, my windows chronically leak when it rains, and the walls are so thin.
