Pros:
Nice layout for studio space. Convenient location. Nice closet space and hardwood floors. Gas stove and granite countertops.
Cons:
Not secure. The front door to the building was often open. Packages routinely stolen from the lobby. Laundry was an issue. Only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the entire building and 2 were broken for the entire 2 years of occupancy. The machines would only accept quarters
Advice to owner:
Add security cameras to the lobby and replace the laundry machine with new one that accept cards.
