Pros:
The building is clean and well-kept. The door system is great for security. The management company is responsive to issues - sometimes you have to email twice but they are mostly very on top of things.
Cons:
The broker misrepresented which unit we were buying during COVID-19, and we got a different unit than the pictures he sent. The other unit was nicer, and this was disappointing. But overall a nice building
