Great location and felt safe
Pros
Closeness to restaurants, bars, parks, activities and pretty clean. We hardly had any issues and when we did the landlord was very responsive.
Cons
Thin walls and a very loud neighbor (not the building's fault), roaches in the basement where the laundry/trash rooms are although they were always dead so clearly the building was using poison

Convenient and good looking room
Pros
- Good walk from the station - Whole foods is close - The room is always warm in winter
Cons
- You might hear neighbor's noise depends on where your room is tho.
