Renters approve of the building's owners
Good quiet area, lots of families and dogs. Apartment has a lot of space which is really the best part about it.
Management is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. Things broke alllll the time (the building is old but is also not well maintained). The neighborhood is nice but some of the immediate neighbors are crabby.
