Pros
The building is clean and mostly elderly and BC undergraduates live there. It’s quiet and very accessible to public transit. The building is a little old but it always smelled nice. The rooms were spacious. They were very flexible with things.
Cons
I had some issues with mold in my pantry and in the bathroom, because the building is so old. And sometimes the trash chute didn’t work. Rent is expensive for a college student.
Advice to the owners
Maybe you can work on rent prices
