Nice apartments bad upkeep
Pros
Many units have original charm, laundry in basement (cashless), balcony, good location, when pests do occur the building takes action
Cons
pests such as roaches and mice found in the building, rats nearby outside, price of rent and laundry are always increasing without improvements, repairs can be slow but each unit is different since they are individually owned
Advice to the owners
Work on pest control, don’t raise rent/cost of laundry without making any improvements,
