Overall, great building with little to no real problems.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, clean (they vacuum the hallways every 2-3 weeks or so), management is relatively responsive. Extremely close to two MBTA stops and within walking distance of every cuisine of food you can think of.
Cons:
They do not keep up with the garbage that is collected in the basement. Residents have to bring garbage into the basement, but there is no door so the smell (especially in the summer) permeates through the lobby/first floor and second floor. Also, every now and then you will see a cockroach in the basement.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to the garbage situation in the basement.
