Well-maintained luxury apartment
Pros
Great location if you work near one world trade, right next to the Hudson River Greenway, in unit laundry, management was extremely responsive (even came in to help me try to find my earring that fell down the drain, so kind), spotlessly clean. The natural light in my unit was amazing, got to wake up to some lovely sunshine. TV set up in unit with Google Chromecast, super easy to use.
Cons
It had luxury apartment vibes, which is just a personal preference thing. Also, the gym was extremely small and had two or three treadmills, a stationary bike, elliptical(?), some free weights, and a cable machine. I also didn't love the area it was in, soulless and not many good restaurants. I had some issues with the drainage in the bathtubs a few times but that just might be a long hair thing.
