Great Place to Live Except for the Super / Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful Neighborhood, Great Doormen and Staff, Family Friendly and Quite
Cons:
The Super named Tito is awful at his job. He is rude and dismissive to the residents and rarely makes anything easier. Actually he makes it harder and the gaslights you and tries to blame you for his short comings. This is an amazing place to live if you are okay with having an awful super.
Advice to owner:
Get a new super

Overall Good Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly staff, clean building, quiet residents.
Cons:
Lacking amenities for the type of building it is. You can gain access to the gym and pool across the street for an additional fee.

Best on the Battery
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are incredible--very friendly and helpful, and they go the extra mile. The apartment is very quiet with little noise from neighbors. Great laundry facilities and location.
Cons:
Only detractor is that there have been issues with elevator maintenance.
