Best building I’ve lived in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Staff is fantastic
Cons:
Only thing I didn’t like was the individual condo owner, which can vary on the unit. Building was amazing though.

Pleasant Experience Few issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
Concierge was great. Many lovely families in the building. The building does have a pool but you have to pay extra to use.
Cons:
Thin walls, not enough laundry machines. Gym isn’t worth the amenity fees. Outdated equipment and not enough.
Advice to owner:
Building could use some updates.

Great building but pool still closed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely staff. Great location.
Cons:
Some units, including my own, are a bit dated and worn down. Pool has not reopened since March 2020 with no plans to do so.

Rental Unit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Views, building staff, neighborhood
Cons:
We, as renters, have no access to building staff. The property management company is AWFUL and unwilling to understand COVID circumstances when it comes to rent renewal
Advice to owner:
I’m not an owner, so have no advice. It’s difficult to have owners and renters in the same building
