- The team members: doormen & maintenance team are very kind and go above and beyond - Space: apartments generally well thought out to maximize sqft - water pressure: insanely good - Transportation: <6 min walk to 1,2,3,4,5,A,C,E,R,W,J
Cons
-Neighbors: I’ve had bad luck with my neighbors (cleanliness issue, smoking issue, noise issue) - Rent increases are ~7%/~300 a year - sometimes need to go talk to the leasing office for someone to handle an issue, rather than work orders

Proactively reach out on work orders if you have questions or concerns, instead of ignoring
