Comfortable no frills building

Pros:
Nice accessible building. Have lived here almost 4 years and minimal issues.
Cons:
Considered a luxury building but the amenities and general building is older and a bit dated. Doesn’t have a fresh new feel. Laundry rooms often have issues and although are maintained seems like they should be better.

Natural light isnt great but fidi is tough to find. Rooftop lacking sunlight as well. Loose outlets

Fidi is a quiet, nice neighborhood! Very clean - the building was always clean and a good deal.

Great building, staff is amazing!

Pros:
First apartment I've ever lived in (10 years in NYC) that hasn't has bugs/ roaches. Building staff is amazing! Maintenance responds nearly immediately to take care of unit issues.
Cons:
service elevator was out of service for may months. Lighting in the apartment isn't great because of the neighborhood (tall building/ narrow streets).

Loved living here, got priced out post-covid

Pros:
The building is well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Noise is non existent and amenities are reliable and good. Had to leave because rent skyrocketed post Covid but will miss it.
Cons:
Water pressure is not great in shower which is a given since the floors are high up.

Front desk staff was great, package reception and dry cleaning delivery was a lifesaver, Lovely rooftop and convenient gyms.
Cons:
Not much of a "neighborhood" but that's to be expected in FiDi.
Advice to owner:
Lobby can get very slippery when it rains

Bldg and services are very well maintained. Repair needs are done very quickly and correctly.
Cons:
Owner, TF Cornerstone, is terrible with customer service. Rents are being raised by $5-700 per month and they won’t negotiate at all even for 10+ year tenants. Also of the two elevator bays, at least one elevator is out of service in each and has been the case for about 3 years with no end in sight

- Had crazy amount of roaches in the beginning
- Can hear the subway (but you get used to it; only applicable on lower floors)
- No sunlight on lower floors

Lived here for a year. The amenities are awesome and the staff is all very friendly. Package management, cleanliness, and helpful staff
Cons:
Not much - solid building. The finishes aren’t modern but not bad at all

Professionally managed, excellent staff and maintenance, great neighborhood. First class facilities, especially the large L-shaped rooftop. All in all, a perfect building to live in.
Cons:
Everything was perfect.

A Great 6 Years

Pros:
Great building and location in the financial district, amazing doorman and team. Always had a great experience living in the building. Apartment maintenance has always been great and the building is very secure.
Cons:
The walls are thin - pending where your apt is situated, noise from neighbors can be a problem.

The prices are more expensive versus other buildings in the area, hard to upgrade from a 1 bedroom to anything bigger due to higher prices.
Advice to owner:
Overall I’ve had a great experience - noise can be a problem.
