Love the building overall
The elevators are always broken
Friendly staff, good amenities and upkeep.
Management is rude and unresponsive, price hikes are insane, currently paying double what I payed three years ago, no way to contact anyone in an emergency.
Train your admin staff to at least pretend they care about anything other than shareholders
