3 Great Years
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building staff is helpful and quick to resolve issues for renters. The roof deck is great and has an indoor section which is lovely in the winter.
Cons:
There is a bit of coned construction noise, however they seem to be winding down work and it has improved.

Great and quite place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Really quiet and safe building with nice neighbors. The building is always clean and the super is always there to help in a timely manner. Doorman are great and I’ve had zero issues. Beautiful and well kept rooftop & office space to do WFH in
Cons:
the building itself can get dark regardless if you have large windows (nothing management can do), and streets will close often due to tv sets being filmed, have seen instances of elevators not work (one person trapped one time), but typically a very quite building with not a lot of drama. If anything, the con is that it's more of a family building, so can hear music in the hallways even if it's not loud

Great unit in apt. 203, and great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Unit: * Speaking for unit 203 specifically - super high ceilings that make the place feel really spacious. I worked from home here a lot during most of Covid with no issues * Big windows in the unit, lots of natural light * Good floor layout. Could fit a desk/couch/full bed without it feeling crowded * Nice kitchen / appliances * Landlord/unit owner is super responsive and helpful. Whenever I had an issue it was always addressed and taken care of promptly. * Overall a cozy, quiet studio unit.
Building: * Staff is amazing, they are great people. They really go out of their way to get to know you and to help. Whenever I had an issue, staff were really responsive and helped me to quickly find a solution. The building is staffed 24/7 and they are just a call away. * Roof deck is cozy and rarely crowded. Good place to chill especially in the summer, and there’s an indoor area to study or hang out.
Cons:
Overall I don’t have a lot of bad things to say. If I had to pick, maybe the shared laundry room could sometimes get crowded, requiring multiple trips
