Pros

Rooftop is nice. Cheap looking but its ok.

Cons

This building seems like it would be a great place to live from the outside but it is not. Things are dirty. When I moved in there was hair everywhere, chipped painting, scratched bathtub, floors were peeling and when I complained it took them more than 2 weeks to actually fix these things. The people who work there like the front desk people are amazing, but maintenance is unresponsive you have to call them a million times and they won't show up!

Nice Building -- Amazing Staff

Pros

Loved the staff and front desk guys, they were the best. Always fixed issues quickly and the apartment was super nice

Cons

The shared space was a little dingey -- wish we didn't pay such a high ammenity fee. Also didn't love the package system. Sometimes it was hard to get a package on the weekend because they didn't check it in and then left for the weekend.

I had to get a white noise machine to sleep and that helped a lot. I was in an alcove studio and I could hear a lot from the living room (near the window) and the hallway. Everything else about the building was fine but if noise bothers you I wouldn’t do it.
