Safe and pleasant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and well organized. Thick walls, quiet.
Cons:
Nothing. The reason we left is because of price and we wanted to try another neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
An update to the exercise room might be nice.

Great building except for the poor weatherization of the apartments
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing doorman, beautiful apartments, quiet building, great location
Cons:
Very loud construction going on across Greenwich Street, it will wake you up probably at 7 AM every day. In the winter you will be paying an extremely high heat bill because the building is wildly energy in efficient, my apartments he hast to run constantly to even keep it at 65° during the day.
Advice to owner:
This building needs to be properly weatherize, there are gaps between the walls and the floor where the cold and hot air can get in
