Nice apartment, but a little overpriced and noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice luxury apartment, friendly staff and prompt maintenance
Cons:
The walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors If you are on a low floor, proximity to the street (garbage trucks sounds) can be bothersome

This building is taking advantage of its most loyal residents
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, ambiance, current rent price.
Cons:
Raising rent prices $1000 should be a crime. How do they expect people to stay in the building, and especially during a pandemic??! The building is taking advantage of long-time residents like me, and it’s disgusting.
Advice to owner:
Please reconsider raising rent prices by this exuberant amount!!

Cons:
Thin walls, loud
Advice to owner:

Awesome building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, friendly staff, decent gym/lounge, ability to negotiate rent, ability to convert / flex units
Cons:
Extremely thin walls. I had to chase leasing for answers. When inquiring about subletting vs ending lease early due to covid, I was told they didn’t have a policy but suddenly leasing made one up a second later .. clearly didn’t want to rent my unit and wanted me to find our own replacements
