Overall great management and building

Pros

The building was kept super clean - never came across any pests 3 years of living there. All the doormen and staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location and common areas.

Cons

Only issue I had that wasn’t completely fixed was the AC would stop working well in the summer to the point it was barely cooling the unit down. The super was very nice and worked on it multiple times - but seemed like it ultimately might’ve needed to be replaced which I asked about and it never happened/ was never fully resolved. Other than that, all other issues were fixed promptly and well, and super was very kind.

Did anyone have trouble getting in contact with the leasing office? I've called every day for the past week and no one answered. No responses over email either, very strange.
