Worst management ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
The bones of the apartment are amazing. There aren’t many units in nyc with a skylight and a loft.
Cons:
I’ve lived in nyc for over a decade and have not interacted with a management company that is so terrible. They were unresponsive, rude, and dismissive. We had leaks, heat issues and water issues. Our refrigerator broke during the lease and they didn’t replace it for 3 weeks… almost a month. You should see our email exchanges and how unhelpful and negligent the manager was.
