Lots of space for Activities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our unit was a 5 bedroom, with a very large living space and lots of natural light; that room was our main reason for staying for 3 years. The building itself has a camera in the lobby to protect against package theft, and the super fixes issues relatively promptly.
Cons:
There has been constant work being done to all parts of the building for the past 3 years. The noise levels have not been terrible, but if you want a nicely kept building, I would look elsewhere. The elevator is slow, but gets the job done. Trash was recently all moved to the ground floor. Previously, it was on every floor. Two bedrooms in our unit did not have windows directly facing the outdoors.
Advice to owner:
Revert the trash to the old system, and minimize any unnecessary work being done to the building.
