Laundry is a major inconvenience, multiple washers and dryers are always broken and sometimes aren’t labeled so you won’t know until after paying. Elevators constantly having issues

Rly good building!

Pros

Doorman are so kind. The garbage management is great if I leave something out it’s gonna immediately. There is always somebody who works for the building

Cons

The laundry room sucks. The card system is outdated and the machine machines are often broken. Usually at least one elevator is broken. The appliances are a little on the cheaper end and my microwave has broken twice. During the summer there are a lot of silverfish.
