85 South St

Pros

Cool units, friendly neighbors, good location

Cons

Terrible management, didn't have heat for several months, elevator issues, extremely loud building

Former tenant·Over 3 years ago

Management Sucks A$$

Pros

Place is huge

Cons

Walls are paper thin and they didn’t say anything until we already moved in. Management isn’t responsive to anything regarding basic necessities like heat (didn’t have heat for 2+ months in winter) and water (didn’t have hot water for a month). Don’t live here

Advice to the owners

Be honest with tenants about noise, and try to do something about the noise! Also the lobby smells like piss
