Nice modern building from the outside
Pros
Nice lobby, friendly security guards that are there 24t7, modern technology for accessing elevator banks, spacious Floorplan, maintenance staff is quick to respond and very good at their jobs
Cons
Temperature control is challenging, one side of the floor is like a freezer while the other side is like an oven, constant leaks from the old pipes which are just patched up instead of being replaced as a long term fix, no true regard for how this displaces the floor tenants or their property.
Advice to the owners
Fix the ventilation system so that the temperature on all the floors can be more regulated.
