Avoid at all costs
Pros
Definition of slumlord, no pros other than location. They prey on low income students. The building itself could be nice if the landlord cared. Greedy
Cons
Completely unresponsive management and greedy landlords who do not care about their tenants. Illegal windowless rooms and they still charge a high rent. Multiple pest issues for which landlords did not resolve, broken appliances for months while charging full rent, water leaks with slow responses, no hot water multiple times with long waits. Research their public records and you will see
