Great value and location

Pros:
High ceilings, 2 units per floor. Nice lobby and elevators. Unbelievably convenient access to subways.
Cons:
Our neighbor was stuffy and rude. Noise from Fulton street is loud and constant. "Property manager does not respond to emails in a timely fashion at all.
