Loved living here, sad that we have to move out
Former Tenant
Pros:
The roof, great doormen, no issues with hot water/heat, AC is great and energy bills are very reasonable.
Cons:
No complaints really except for not being able to resign the lease as I believe the building is becoming a hotel.

A nice building with a terrible management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is fairly nice. Appliances and features are above average. Soaking tub in most units, appliances are higher end.
Cons:
The building management doesn’t seem to truly care about the tenants. Doormen and super don’t even bother wearing masks during the pandemic. Items aren’t fixed in a timely fashion.
Advice to owner:
Get a better super.

Dirty building, bugs in the AC, broken heating during the coldest days
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient location, spacious apartment for the price
Cons:
Super is useless, heating never worked in the coldest days of the winter (owner/tenant had many excuses but no solutions). Bugs coming out of the dirty, dusty AC. Carpeting in common areas and corridors were never cleaned. Street constantly smells of piss/poop due to careless dog owners and poor sanitation service in the area

Run, GetOut, Warning
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at this time.
Cons:
A/C Breaks Down Every Week, Refrigerator Leaks time to time and it’s brand new. When it’s cold out the Hotting makes a knocking noise all day and night behind the walls. You could hear people walking above you whenever something is repaired it breaks two day later.
Advice to owner:
The Property Manager Tatiana is extremely nice when showing the unit you may rent. But the minute you move in a week later she doesn’t recognize you and give you an attitude, along with a stink face like she’s been your enemy. Don’t get stuck in the elevator or the gym with her, she will look at you like you don’t belong here.
