Pros:
Every apartment is floor-through.
Cons:
The hallway is never cleaned. It is nearly impossible to get maintenance done in the apartments. The street is incredibly noisy at night--it's across the street from the loading dock of an office building, which has garbage trucks almost every night.
Advice to owner:
Please respect your tenants more.
