Nice apartments, better options in the area for rent price

Pros:
Large apartments, mostly nice appliances and fixtures, small building with friendly tennants
Cons:
Downstairs hall full of garbage over the weekend which smells, periodic cockroaches, cheap oven/stove, water pressure is poor. Management very aggressive with rent increases.
Advice to owner:
Have garbage cleaned every day

Has a roof Easy way of buzzing in The porter is very good and responsive

Stingy management doesn’t clean the apartment for new tenants Have had items stolen Small bedroom Old AC Loud outside if you face the street as it’s next to the fire station Laundry room takes card but charges $5 at a time, otherwise bring quarters
